Nothing is really going to sober them up so that they ok to drive. I would suggest that you set up a discount program with a local taxi company. They will be thankful for the business and you will not have to worry about possible lawsuits.
Give em a taxi, anything else would be illegal wouldn’t it?

You could call them a cab, so they can get home safely.
I hope you have Dram Shop insurance. If your patron’s are in a drunk driving accident after leaving your bar you can be held responsible and if there’s injuries, will be liable. If there’s injuries or death you could get sued by all parties involved.
you could stop serving them at a certain time so that they sober up a little before its closing time. there is nothing that you could do to get them undrunk that i know of. even if there was then it would probably be illegal to give it to someone when you dont know if they can take that . they might be allergic and die in your bar then what are you going to do you would lose everything that you worked so hard for.
